Picton is a town in the Marlborough Region of New Zealand's South Island. Whilst in Picton we took a boat trip out to the Queen Charlotte Sounds and it was beautiful. We got to see little blue penguins out in the wild. A popular walk in the area is the 70km Charlotte Track which can be done on foot or bike. It's worth noting Picton is the ferry terminal for access to Wellington in the North Island.
